Mr. Collins
has provided strategic leadership and global marketing expertise
in the United States, Australia, and China while holding positions
including Executive Vice President, COO, and CEO. In the process,
he has acquired an exceptional range of international operational,
marketing, and strategic planning skills. Mr. Collins' successes
have come from his demonstrated strengths in people development
and his proven ability to remove operational obstacles and build
sustainable organizational capabilities to increase volume and
operating profit.
Mr. Collins
was a featured speaker at the 2000 New England American Production
and Inventory Control Society (APICS) conference. His presentation
on "Bottleneck Management as a Tool to Lead Turnaround" provided
major insight with a new method of looking at process management.
Mr. Collins
earned an MBA with a Marketing emphasis at Georgia State University
in 1972 and a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management
at Georgia Institute of Technology.
