Mr. Hosler represents the next generation of information and technology specialists that will help alter the business landscape of the coming years. His expertise is in merging the technical with the operational in order to achieve bottom line results. His focus is integrating flow based master production scheduling systems with existing ERP systems.

Through his tenure Mr. Hosler has gained a diverse knowledge of the Microsoft suite of products including SQL Server and Internet Information Server.  Mr. Hosler also has experience with a wide range of back-office and end-user applications.

Mr. Hosler works with manufacturing companies to break constraints within their organization.  Through a combination of process sequencing techniques and focused application installations, Mr. Hosler has delivered solutions that help to drive business.

In a recent engagement, Mr. Hosler linked several disparate systems to a Microsoft SQL Server database to distribute common-focus metrics.  The reporting structure pooled several key indicators from the engineering, scheduling, and payroll systems to directly correlate operational performance with business plan objectives.  A Balanced Scorecard report was generated and sent via email to all employees on a daily basis.
